IBM formally inked a contract with the national high-tech administrative committee of Ningbo,Call centre outsourcing, Zhejiang Province, making sure the establishment of a logistics and information outsourcing industrial park in Ningbo High-tech Zone.

At the same time,Business process outsourcing, IBM announced that it planned to establish a Ningbo research and development center and a logistics industry solution center of China research and development center.
