Farm Bureau agent moves to Garvey Center
Farm Bureau insurance agent [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] has split from his partner and relocated his offices to the Garvey Center.
[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] moved Friday out of the Petroleum Building in downtown Wichita and now offices in the first floor of the R.H. Garvey Building. He is leasing 960 square feet. The rate is $12 per square foot, [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] says.
The space was vacated by accounting firm Regier Carr & Monroe LLP,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which has moved to the ninth floor of the R.H. Garvey Building.
“It was a good fit. I like the area,” [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] says. “A lot of landlords are having financial difficulty. Here it seems like they’re pretty solvent.”
That would seem to be the case with Garvey Center-owner Builders Inc., a company that always has been eager to avoid debt.
[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] had been a partner with Farm Bureau agent Shaun Weaver. He says the parting was amicable.
“It was just time for me to go on my own way and he to go his,” [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] says.
[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] says another sales associate, Brett Titus, made the move with him. He says he hopes to hire a receptionist during the next couple of weeks and would like to have another sales associate within six months.
