Why?
Managers often do not know how to establish significant criteria for job performance, let single accessories like training and development.
To establish performance criteria, Jane and Bob ask themselves, "What are the conditions for satisfaction? How will we know the project, task, training, evolution was successful? How will we know the work has been completed and done satisfactorily?¨

2. The organization needs to be constantly looking at succession planning. For this to occur, you as a director need to be working on amplifying your people into leaders. Let's argue specifics of who you consider has potential and in what zones, and how you propose reinforcing their capabilities.
3. Create a marketing plan for the network site, which is nought more than an online leaflet. You have $50K for this project. I'd like a specific plan of what you propose we do, what is the anticipated ROI ashore every of our alternatives, and the prices. And I'd like this completed by July 31.
4. You want to rent two people for your group.
