Researchers have shown that a vaginal gel could cut a woman’s risk of infection with H.I.V., the virus that causes AIDS,<a href="http://www.goldofwow.com" target="_blank" class="postlink">cheap wow gold</a>, by almost 40 percent. <br />The gel is not perfect.
