The report contains several articles, each of which mainly revolves around the necessary elements that a city should have to develop the outsourcing industry.

The first part of each article focuses on the discussion of whether the city has the conditions to develop the outsourcing industry or not from such aspects as economic basis and current status of the modern service industry, growth rate of foreign trade, communication and transportation infrastructural construction, human resources supply capacity.

The second part analyses the characteristics and future development trend of the city’s outsourcing industry through detailing the current status of its outsourcing industry, including the industry’s size and development speed, carrier capacity, core advantages and major businesses.
