WuXi PharmaTech (WX.NYSE) has signed an agreement to establish a biopharmaceutical company in Wuxi,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], of eastern China's Jiangsu province.

It will use the proprietary technology and human resources of its parent company WuXi PharmaTech to provide biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing outsourcing services which include exporting monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and recombinant proteins to global biopharmaceutical companies.
